In case of cancellation of event due to any government regulations 100% of the ticket fee for all participants would be refunded* however this won’t be a case if the order for medal and t-shirts are already placed. In this case the cost of medal and t-shirt would be deducted and the rest would be refunded.
Participants would be given a choice to not ask for refund and instead we use the said entry free for our future/upcoming/next event. This would only be with the participant’s discretion. No tickets can be cancelled by the participant in the last 7 days prior to the event date. The participant may transfer their ticket to their friends/family and inform us so that we make the necessary changes.
The refund amount would be credited back to the original source in 5-7 working days.

Any advance payment done would not be refunded under any circumstances. No event can be cancelled 7 days prior to the event date. Any cost that has already incurred by FTISKOL won’t be refunded.
